About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (Java) to design, develop, test, and document high-quality software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Business Analysts, stakeholders, and the development team to ensure robust and scalable applications.

Responsibilities
Develop, test, and document software solutions aligned with technical specifications
Ensure code quality through unit testing and adherence to best practices
Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to understand project requirements
Produce clear and detailed technical design specifications
Conduct peer code reviews and mentor junior team members
Manage and escalate product issues while ensuring timely fixes
Provide technical and installation documentation for internal and external use
Ensure deliverables meet productivity, budget, and quality targets

Programming: Java (Advanced), CLP/CLLE (Advanced), SQL (Advanced)
Documentation: Functional Specs (Intermediate), Outline Architecture (Intermediate), High & Low-Level Design (Advanced)
Testing: Debugging (Expert), Unit Testing (Expert), Link Testing (Expert), System Testing (Advanced)
Support & Maintenance: QA Review & Signoff (Advanced), Standards Compliance (Expert), Issue Resolution (Advanced)
Installation & Deployment: Advanced
