Job Description

Job Qualifications:

• Must be a Bachelor's Degree Holder of Finance, Accounting or related courses.
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in Insurance and Billing as well as in Collection.
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools especially Excel.
• Must have an excellent communication skills and strong people skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Meets service level standards in collecting and posting payment transactions
• Ensures daily posting of all payments and adjustments for both policy and non-policy related transactions (including group and AG transaction).
• Reconciles OTC Payments made through different payment channels prior to posting or payment uploading.

2. Performs Task to increase collection efficiency

• Conducts an analysis of payment discrepancies vs. due premiums for proper allocation of incoming payment.
• Analyzes rejected payments and initiates necessary actions to maximize collection opportunities.

3. Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned

• Participates in company initiatives and projects.
• Provide team support for any resource constraints experienced by the unit.
Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
