What You’ll Do:
As a Workforce Planner, you will play a key role in optimizing staffing, forecasting, and scheduling to ensure smooth operations in a content moderation environment. Your key responsibilities include:

- Developing and managing workforce plans, ensuring optimal capacity and staffing levels.
- Analyzing historical data and trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
- Coordinating with operations and leadership to align workforce strategies with business needs.
- Monitoring real-time staffing needs and adjusting schedules to meet service level requirements.
- Utilizing workforce management tools to track, analyze, and optimize performance.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Minimum 1 year of experience as a Workforce Planner in a BPO setting.
✔ Strong background in capacity planning and workforce analytics.
✔ Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., IEX, Verint, Aspect, Genesys).
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
✔ Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal.
