Workforce Manager BPO Content Moderation

We’re Hiring: Workforce Manager (BPO – Content Moderation)
Location: Antipolo, Rizal (Onsite)
Salary: Up to PHP 120,000
Start Date: ASAP

What You’ll Do:
As a Workforce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing workforce planning, ensuring efficient staffing, and driving operational excellence in a content moderation environment. Your key responsibilities include:

- Managing real-time workforce operations, ensuring adequate staffing and service levels.
- Developing workforce strategies, including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning.
- Analyzing performance data to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborating with internal teams to implement workforce solutions and address operational challenges.
- Leading and mentoring workforce teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:
✔ At least 2 years of experience as a Workforce Manager or Senior Workforce Manager.
✔ Tenured Workforce Supervisors with strong leadership skills may also be considered.
✔ Proficiency in workforce management tools (e.g., IEX, Verint, Genesys, Aspect).
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
✔ Willing to work onsite in Antipolo, Rizal.
