Job Description
Location: Davao
Work Setup: Hybrid, Shifting Schedule, PH Holidays
Primary Responsibilities:
Assess the training and organizational development needs within functions, such as claims and medical coding.
Participate in the development of training programs and classroom materials, ensuring they meet organizational goals.
Lead training sessions in a classroom or virtual environment, ensuring active engagement and skill development.
Monitor and report training metrics, generating detailed reports on training progress.
Keep pace with evolving instructional needs in a fast-changing healthcare landscape.
Deliver engaging training programs to new hires and existing employees, adapting to various cultural contexts and flexible schedules.
Coordinate with stakeholders to identify training needs and provide learning solutions to meet business objectives.
Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and improve content and delivery methods to stay aligned with business goals.
Skills & Qualifications:
Certified Medical Coder (Preferably CIC certification).
Experience in training, teaching, or facilitation in any industry.
Preferably a Professional Registered Nurse (PHRN).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to engage a diverse group of learners in both virtual and in-person settings.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: PHP 32,000 to PHP 40,000
Allowance: PHP 3,600
Hybrid work setup with shifting schedules and PH holidays.
