Job Description

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.:
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management or a similar role.
- Experience with knowledge management tools and ITSM platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, Confluence).
- Familiarity with ITIL practices is a strong advantage.
