Job Description

DEPARTMENT/FUNCTION: STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT
REPORTING TO: SENIOR MANAGER

1.0 JOB IDENTIFICATION
Position Title: Business Process and Innovation Lead
Department: Strategic Management

2.0 KEY ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
Reports to: Senior Manager
Supervises: BPI Specialist

3.0 JOB OBJECTIVES
The role should manage the day-to-day planning and smooth operation of the BPI Team and offer innovative and efficient solutions.

4.0 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1. Project Management
• Liaise with different stakeholders for any projects
• Conceptualizes project idea and translates it into a process rationalization
• Handles process migrations and document creation/development
• Create tools to support efficient process migration
• Creates SOPs

4.2. Business Process and Improvement
• Process Mapping and Development
• KPI Management / Achieves defined individual and team KPIs
• Proactively implements improvement, correction, and prevention measures
• Process Gap Analysis
• Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Maintenance
• Improves processes in terms of efficiency by Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean, or similar methods
• Standardizes and re-engineers processes as well as their interfaces according to the overall process model

4.3. Automation and Efficiency
• Automate repetitive data processing tasks
• Develop scripts and tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Implement monitoring and alerting for data pipelines and systems

4.4. Data Quality and Governance
• Implement data quality checks and validation procedures
• Establish and enforce data governance policies

4.5. Data Analysis and Reporting
• Collect and analyze data to support business decision-making
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data analysis to inform strategic decisions

4.6 Solution Implementation
• Assist in the development and testing of new business solutions
• Support the implementation and deployment of new systems and processes
• Provide training and support to end-users

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION
• Bachelor/College Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
• Experience in Automation
• Experience with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data engineering, or related field
• Highly motivated, structured, and quality-driven individual who in parallel possesses strong initiative, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates Team collaboration and Team spirit
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Transportation and communication allowance (fixed amount paid in the payroll)
2x a month company-paid for lunch
Eligibility for performance bonus for regular employees who have stayed with the company a minimum of 1 year. Average is at least 1 month's worth of salary
HMO with 2 qualified dependents

Work schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 - 17:00
