ENGINEERING & SERVICE SENIOR MANAGER
Job Summary:
We are looking for an Engineering & Service Senior Manager to oversee the overall operations of our Engineering Department. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience in after-sales service.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering preferred, licensed engineers are a plus).
At least 10 years of managerial experience in HVAC, general equipment maintenance, and warranty management.
Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning systems.
Experience in after-sales service, parts sales, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management.
Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee after-sales activities and service operations.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Prepare sales forecasts for parts and services.
Negotiate and manage service contracts.
Monitor escalated service issues and provide timely updates to management.
Assist in strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Review costing and pricing strategies for sales and service bids.
Manage credit and collection to ensure accounts receivable are paid on time.
Recruit, train, and assign qualified service personnel.
Work closely with clients’ engineers to ensure smooth installation and commissioning of purchased equipment.
Support sales negotiations and finalize contracts.

Salary Range: Php 60,000 - 120,000
