Job Description

Job Title: Senior AU Bookkeeper
Location: 3F Plaza Victoria Bldg., Sto. Domingo, Angeles City, Pampanga
Employment Type: Full-time (Office-Based) Remote option is not available for this role.
Salary: PHP 35,000 to 65,000

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AU Bookkeeper to join our team in an office-based role. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience handling bookkeeping tasks for Australian clients, ensuring compliance with Australian accounting and taxation laws. You will play a key role in maintaining financial records, reconciling accounts, and preparing reports.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards.
Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and collections.
Prepare and lodge BAS, IAS, and other compliance reports.
Conduct bank reconciliations and manage general ledger transactions.
Process payroll, including PAYG, Superannuation, and other payroll obligations.
Assist in financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
Ensure tax compliance and liaise with Australian clients and tax authorities.
Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary financial documentation.
Provide financial insights to support business decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
✔ Minimum of 3-5 years of bookkeeping experience for Australian clients.
✔ Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, GST, BAS, and payroll regulations.
✔ Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks.
✔ Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial reporting tools.
✔ Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
✔ Strong communication skills and ability to work with international clients.
✔ Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
✔ Can start ASAP.
✔ Must be willing to work ONSITE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php60,000.00 per month
