Job Description

SALES AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (MALE),

Prefer if the applicant is in Paranaque, Makati, Alabang, Las Pinas.


1. Design and develop products according to the client's requirements.

2. Develop and implement the company’s marketing plan, working with Sales Department.

3. Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product available in our portfolio.

4. Should be the source of inspiration for his team members

5. Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.

6. Should maintain necessary data and records for future reference.

7. Proper documentation and time-bound completion

8. Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers.

9. Preparation of proposals and tenders within three working days or a maximum of one week for tenders.

10. Proper coordination with the client and Engineering team during project implementation


QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field required

Experiencing supervising and managing a professional sales team.

Financial Planning and Strategy, Marketing Concepts, Positioning, People Management, Sales Planning, Competitive Analysis, Understanding the customer, Product development, client relationships, and Creative Services.
