Job Description
Are you a fashion enthusiast with a keen eye for trends and a passion for sourcing the latest styles? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Fashion Buyer/Brand Analyst!
Location: San Juan City, Philippines
Schedule: Monday to Friday, half-day on Saturday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and analyze the latest fashion trends in clothing and footwear
- Source and select new designs to align with market demands
- Supplier Collaboration: Coordinate with suppliers to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Manage purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of quality products
- Work closely with inventory and merchandising teams to maintain stock levels
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Fashion Buyer or similar role
- Strong understanding of market trends and consumer preferences
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in purchase order management and inventory systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in both domestic and international fashion markets is a plus.
- A strong network of supplier contacts within the fashion industry is highly desirable.
