Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
To perform the following Accounting functions dedicated for OITDC and ORC warehouse leasing operation:
Records all ORC or OITDC's financial transactions pertaining to warehouse leasing.
·Prepares appropriate financial reports for OITDC in compliance with the reportorial requirements of external agencies, e.g.Bureau of Internal Revenue,Securities and Exchange Commission,and other relevant government agencies. Prepares financial reports needed by the Senior Management of OlTDC as basis for planning,control, decisions,and appropriate actions.
Assist in budget preparation and moritoring.
Books and balances all financial transactions in the company's General Ledger.
