A. EDUCATION: Graduate of BS Financial Accounting Course

B. EXPERIENCE: Must be CPA with 2-5 years work related experience

C. SKILLS/PERSONALITY: Computer literate, good interpersonal and leadership skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
-To perform the following Accounting functions dedicated for OITDC and ORC warehouse leasing operation:
-Records all ORC or OITDC's financial transactions pertaining to warehouse leasing.
-Prepares appropriate financial reports for OITDC in compliance with the reportorial requirements of external agencies, e.g., Bureau of Internal -Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other relevant government agencies. Prepares financial reports needed by the Senior -Management of OITDC as basis for planning, control, decisions, and appropriate actions.
-Assist in budget preparation and monitoring.
-Books and balances all financial transactions in the company's General Ledger.
-Prepares appropriate disbursement documents for payment of expenses including processing of the refundable security deposits to the terminated leases of the lessee.
-Attends to OITDC's annual tax returns and other tax related matters.
-Attends to the release of all check payments. Monitors and manages cash receipts, cash disbursements, cash deposits, receivables, and payables.
-Prepares and checks the appropriate billing documents for collection.
-Attends to all documentary requirements and other processes related to the company's bank loans.
