Job Description
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, ECE, or Manufacturing Engineering.
With at least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor
1–2 years of experience in wire harness manufacturing or a related industry.
Knowledge of wire harness assembly processes, electrical schematics, and crimping techniques.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office
Good communication and leadership skills.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Experience with lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies is highly preferred
Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software for jig design
Position Overview:
The Junior Supervisor – Engineering in Wire Harness Manufacturing is responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards, and assisting in the development and improvement of wire harness systems. This role involves working closely with engineers, production teams, and quality control to optimize efficiency and maintain compliance with industry standards.
