Facilities Manager

Job Description:

1. To ensure that electrical wiring, associated equipment and supporting facilities like, air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, HVAC, 100k ,10k & 1k Clean room, Fume scrubbers, RO/DI systems, waste water treatment plants,, goods/passenger elevator and fire protections systems are periodically inspected and properly maintained as well as complying with the statutory requirements with accurate records of inspections to be maintained.
2. To ensure that all service contacts for plant and equipment are reviewed, updated and renewed when necessary.

Job Requirement:

1. A hands-on post that requires a do-whatever-it-takes attitude and enthusiasm including after-hours on-call support for emergencies.
2. Excellent organizational and time management skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
3. Ability to work independently
4. Function efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to problem-solving and respond quickly to user requests and needs

Roles And Responsibilities :

Your job responsibilities shall include but not limited to :

Utilities
1. Plans and schedules a team of employees to provide 24 hours emergency breakdown maintenance.
2. Plans and implements cost saving programs on utilities usage for the plant. Offering high quality, cost effective and efficient services and advice.
3. Plans and schedules plant’s equipment PM activities.
4. Continuously improving and upgrading utilities system to latest technology to meeting production requirement.
5. Liaises with government bodies such as CEDC, DOLE on company’s facilities.
6. To ensure that the company’s safety policy, rules & regulation is complied by all employees.
7. To sustain ISO 14001 environment management system.
8. Perform any other duties as may be required by management.

Facilities
1. Overseas the overall maintenance of company facilities / buildings. Supervises the repair works to the building and ensure that everything is in good working order.

2. Worked with consultant, contractor, and government authorities in all aspect of infrastructure management and building construction.

COMPETENCIES

1. Good understanding and awareness in the requirements of ISO 9001 Quality Management System Standard and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System Standard.
2. Good understanding of the Company's mission, objectives, policies, culture and values.
3. Good knowledge of the products and production processes of AIP product.
4. Intermediate skill in MS Excel and/or MS Word and/or MS PowerPoint applications.
5. Good communication, teamwork and continuous improvement skills in line with Inari values.
6. Good at numbers, calculations and use of statistical tools to analyze data.
7. Able to do presentation to a big group of employees.
8. Very familiar to any related Act (if any).
9. Possess a vast and advance working knowledge in all related practices in the industry.
10. Possess leadership skill to coach and guide subordinates as well as managing the department
11. Able to formulate, evaluate and propose short, medium and long term strategy to attain company’s goal and objective.
14.Able to convey and get buy in on goals and expectations.
