Job Description

As a Sales Representative at RMQ Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving company growth and fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Client Portfolio Management: Cultivating and managing a diverse portfolio of clients, you will focus on building lasting relationships with both new and existing clients, continuously seeking opportunities to expand the business.

Lead Generation & Outreach: Actively generating leads through various channels such as calls, emails, and in-person meetings. You will engage potential customers with personalized solutions that align with their needs.

Sales Presentations & Closing: Delivering compelling presentations of our products and services, articulating their value to clients, and effectively closing deals to secure long-term contracts.

Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborating with internal teams, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and smooth integration of client feedback into our offerings.

Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipelines, performance metrics, and Sage system data to ensure information is readily available and organized.

Industry Insight: Staying informed on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities. This knowledge will help you position RMQ Group strategically in the market and maintain a competitive edge.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

Must-Have:

Experience: A minimum of 2 year of proven experience in a sales or customer service role, with a history of achieving sales targets. (Salary plus commission)

Communication & Relationship-Building: Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with excellent negotiation abilities. You must be able to connect with clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft and Google software tools, enabling efficient task management and communication.

Self-Motivation & Goal-Orientation: A driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in both independent and collaborative settings, especially within a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: The ability to adjust sales strategies based on client feedback and changing market dynamics to drive success.

Nice-to-Have:

Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sales practices in the real estate or industrial trading sectors is an asset. Experience with the Sage system would also be beneficial.
Salary:
₱18,000.00 Monthly
