Job Description
- Minimum of one (1) year of relative working experience in site acquisition, telecommunication or related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Telecom site acquisition (finding and securing land for cell towers
- Negotiating land leases or contracts with landowners.
- Working with zoning laws and permits with local government unit.
- Negotiation: Ability to negotiate land agreements and contracts.
- Telecom Knowledge: Understanding of telecom infrastructure (e.g., cell towers).
- Project Management: Managing timelines, contractors, and budgets.
- Zoning & Regulations: Knowledge of local laws and approvals required for telecom sites.
- Familiarity with GIS (for mapping sites) and Excel for tracking projects.
- Knowledgeable in reading plans (DDD)
- Have pleasing personality
- Can work under pressure.
- Willing to Relocate
