Job Description
-Minimum of one (1) year of relative working experience in site acquisition, telecommunication or related fields. Fresh graduates are -welcome to apply.
-Telecom site acquisition (finding and securing land for cell towers
-Negotiating land leases or contracts with landowners.
-Working with zoning laws and permits with local government unit.
-Negotiation: Ability to negotiate land agreements and contracts.
-Telecom Knowledge: Understanding of telecom infrastructure (e.g., cell towers).
-Project Management: Managing timelines, contractors, and budgets.
-Zoning & Regulations: Knowledge of local laws and approvals required for telecom sites.
-Familiarity with GIS (for mapping sites) and Excel for tracking projects.
-Knowledgeable in reading plans (DDD)
-Have pleasing personality
-Can work under pressure.
-Willing to Relocate
