Job Description
With 1 Saturday schedule per month
Required Experience
・Degree Holder: Bachelor of Science in Psychology, HR Management, or equivalent credentials
・Bachelor of Law graduate and/or taking a few subjects in Commercial, Labor and Civil Law
・With at least 5 years of experience as HR Manager
・Proficient in the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines
・Extensive experience in compliance with Labor Laws
・Must have expertise in setting direction in Human Resources Department including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Payroll.
・In-depth knowledge in Employee Relations to ensure maintaining industrial peace within the Employer and Employee and maintain zero Labor cases filed through NLRC and the like.
・Can handle processing of PEZA Visa, DOLE AEP, Immigration and BIR requirement for expats.
・Knowledgeable and responsible in handling Security and other Admin Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Leads the function of the Security and Employee Relations
2. Develops and enforces the company's HR strategies, policies, as well as objective, targets and programs concerning all areas of Human Resources, such as but not limited to Recruitment, Training and Development, Performance Management, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Organizational Development and Administrative Services. Facilitates HR Managers in dealing with the day-to-day operation, oversees staff operations and budget development of the department.
3. Implements the procedures and guidelines in relation to Commercial / Labor Law and the Revised Corporation Code of the Philippines.
