Job Description

Position: HR Organizational Development
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Batangas City
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (2 Saturday per month)
Salary: Php20,00-Php25,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
✨ Has at least 2 years of experience in Organizational Development, Training, or other Human Resources function
✨ Amendable to attend face to face interview
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Responsible to support the development and execution of organizational strategies and projects with a focus on talent management, recruiting, attraction and retention, selection and induction, performance management, and workforce planning
✨ Identifies, creates, and carries out strategic organization effectiveness projects meant to improve worker
engagement, performance, and development.
✨ Oversees learning opportunities for functional departments and positions
✨ Makes certain that the goals of the performance and development plans are based on the critical duties of the position and are connected to the achievement of departmental and strategic objectives.
✨ Evaluates best practices to measure the effectiveness of training programs, develops leading edge programs to engage and retain high performing employees, and recommends areas of improvement
