Job Description
• Graduate of Computer Science or IT related course
• Preferably with basic networking skills
• With at least 1 year experience
• Willing to travel or do field work
• Willing to work night shift
• Understands Layer 1, Layer 2, Layer 3 function (Physical, Data, Network Layer)
• Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers
• Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn an array of computer hardware and software.
General Duties/Key Responsibilities
• Managing of any internet related concerns between the company and the subscribers;
• Handling the overall concerns involving the internet connection of the subscriber;
• Responsible also for monitoring the Data Center;
• Monitoring day to day concerns of the Digital Cable;
• Supervision of all IT Staffs and creating the IT Staff Schedule.
• Back up personnel in case of absence of the shifting I.T Staff;
• Submitting monthly and weekly report regarding internet and cable performance; and
• Monitoring and reporting any technical difficulties in the Data Center.
- Salary:
- ₱15,000.00 Monthly
