Job Requirements:
Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Civil Engineer
At least 3-5 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling or as a Site Engineer for Civil and Building Works
Proficient in Project Management software (Microsoft Project or Primavera), Design Software (AutoCAD, Revit), and MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Can start ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for the delivery of construction projects
Coordinate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential delays or challenges
Analyze project data and generate regular progress reports to ensure team members are updated on the project status
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and resource constraints in collaboration with the team
Provide guidance to junior planning team members to enhance their professional development
