HIRING! Licensed Mechanical Engineer (Earn up to Php 35,000-50,000) | Davao

Company Profile: Construction Company expert in large scale infrastructure project in the Philippines.

• Position: Mechanical Engineer Officer / QS Engineer Officer

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the construction industry or as a Site Engineer for civil and building works
• At least 3-5 years of experience in MEPFS engineering, cost estimation, or project coordination
• Proficient in Project Management and Design Software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with construction industry regulations and best practices
Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for MEPFS works and other construction components
• Monitor design and construction changes, adjusting budget projections accordingly
• Provide regular cost reports, forecasts, and financial updates
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulations
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Project Manager
