Job Description
2-3 years of experience managing a recruitment team
5+ years of experience in recruitment operations (agency, BPO, shared services, or RPO setup)
Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills
Expertise in recruitment processes, tools, and best practices
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and improve recruitment metrics
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR platforms
