Job Description

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Supply Chain Process Manager to drive the implementation of S/4HANA Digital Core by integrating business and technology solutions. In this role, you will support business assessments, strategy development, and roadmap execution for clients while optimizing key supply chain processes. You will lead Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) initiatives, ensuring the seamless execution of logistics and warehouse management functions.

As a key player in the organization, you will work closely with clients to analyze challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement best practices. You will also guide technical consultants in configuration, testing, and deployment activities while maintaining a focus on business excellence and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead S/4HANA Supply Chain assessments and roadmaps, advising clients on EWM functionalities and process improvements.
- Drive business blueprint workshops for EWM modules, mapping requirements and designing optimal solutions.
- Oversee logistics cycles within warehouse management, including inbound/outbound logistics, internal warehouse movements, and inventory processes.
- Manage technical teams for SAP EWM configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Develop insights and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives to improve operational efficiencies.
- Support leadership in solution development for new business opportunities.
- Research and create industry-leading viewpoints on supply chain trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- MBA or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with a strong academic background.
- 9-13 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 4-6 years in a team management role.
- Strong expertise in S/4HANA solution design, implementation, and configuration for EWM.
- Experience in S/4HANA business case development and integration roadmaps.
- Proven track record in SAP EWM implementations, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Domain knowledge in supply chain management, logistics, warehouse operations, and fulfillment.
- Understanding of end-to-end S/4HANA project lifecycles, from blueprinting to execution.
- Experience with EWM integration with Transportation Management (TM), Materials Management (MM), and Production Planning (PP) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
