Nail Tech Educator

Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Nail Educator to train aspiring nail technicians and professionals in advanced nail care, techniques, and industry trends. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in nail artistry, product knowledge, and a strong ability to teach and inspire others.
Key Responsibilities:
Training & Education: Conduct workshops, classes, and hands-on training sessions for students, salon professionals, and beauty enthusiasts.
Product Knowledge: Educate trainees on nail products, tools, and techniques, ensuring they understand proper usage and application.
Curriculum Development: Create and update course materials, lesson plans, and training manuals to align with industry standards and trends.
Demonstrations & Workshops: Perform live demonstrations on various nail techniques, such as acrylic application, gel extensions, nail art, and natural nail care.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest nail trends, innovations, and regulatory guidelines to provide relevant and up-to-date training.
Technical Support: Provide guidance on troubleshooting common nail-related issues and best practices for maintaining nail health.
Sales & Promotions: Support brand awareness by promoting nail products during training sessions and workshops.
Mentorship & Guidance: Offer professional advice and support to students and salon professionals to help them excel in their careers.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all training aligns with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the nail industry.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certified Nail Technician or equivalent qualification in nail care.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a nail technician or educator.
Strong expertise in acrylics, gels, nail art, manicures, pedicures, and other advanced techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in curriculum development and teaching is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for education and helping others succeed in the beauty industry.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with social media for beauty education and marketing.
Knowledge of multiple nail product brands and systems.
Certification in beauty training or education (if applicable).
