Balidosa Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Aesthetic Specialist to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate must be well-versed in facials, skin treatments, and a variety of advanced aesthetic procedures to provide exceptional care and results-driven treatments for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of facials, chemical peels, and advanced skin treatments tailored to individual skin types and concerns.
Administer non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures such as microdermabrasion, microneedling and laser therapy.
Conduct skin analysis and consultations to recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatments.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetics, and cosmetic technology to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and client care during all procedures.
Educate clients on post-treatment care, skincare products, and maintenance routines to maximize results.
Work collaboratively with dermatologists, cosmetic surgeons, and other professionals to provide comprehensive aesthetic solutions.
Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation for follow-ups and ongoing care.

Qualifications & Skills:
Certification or diploma in Aesthetic Medicine, Dermatology, or Skincare.
Proven experience in facials, skin rejuvenation treatments, and aesthetic procedures.
Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and treatment techniques.
Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust and long-term client relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment with attention to detail.
Commitment to continuous education and professional development in the aesthetics field.
