Job Description
The IT Assistant is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of hardware, software, and network systems. They will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, implementing IT policies, and providing support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for employees.
• Monitor system performance and security.
• Assist in software updates, backups, and data recovery.
• Support the setup and maintenance of office communication systems (email, VoIP, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and best practices.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users.
• Monitor accountability for IT assets (Hardware and Software)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in IT support or related roles is an advantage.
• Can start asap and willing to be assigned in QC
