Site QA/QC Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

Determine and performs inspections on all procedures and oversees testing methods of materials to maintain high standards in quality
Review quality of materials on site to ensure compliance to project requirements
Coordinates with Procurement Manager to set parameters and material requirements for the project
Supervise and monitors performance of QA/QC team on site
Provide or Create and Reviews method statement
Creates initial checklist for guidance by using standard QA/QC departmental forms
Reviews all documents prior to client submission and monitors project progress
Issues warnings of non-conformance or possible failure of acceptance of works done due to quality and wrong issuance of works
Liaise with the Client's QAQC Team with regards to punch lists, submission requirements and handovers and goes to weekly construction meeting with the client
Coordinates with Project Manager for any item which is deemed to have any cost implications
Monitors performance of subcontractor and their quality of works.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Preferably license but not required
At least 4 to 6 years experience in the related field is required for this position
Preferably with supervisory experienced specializing in Engineering-Civil/Architectural
Required skill (s): Interior Fit-out
Detail oriented and organize
Can start immediately
Willing to relocate
