Project management supervisor

Job summary:

· Scheduling of work for installers and closely monitor their time-in /time-out ad most especially overtime and ensure integrity and accuracy.

· Ensuring completely and timely delivery of materials onsite

· Overseeing the installers onsite to ensure timely and quality deliver hauling and installation.

· Coordinating with site team and making sure challenges are addressed real time.

· Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and standards.

Job responsibilities:

· Coordinate with design for the approved layout plans and other details

· Monitor installers commute expenses and mode of transportation.

· Ensures that installations are completed with acceptance signed by the client with signed certificate of completion and acceptance.

· Conducts actual site inspection and measurements when necessary

· Assist PM on preparing daily schedule

· Supervise and monitor the status of daily installation activities on site and at office when necessary

· Report back jobs or any problem in the installation to PM

· Prepares work order for the back jobs and discuss with PM

· Assist PM to monitor work order to ensure that all back jobs will be completed with acceptance.

· Prepares daily installation progress report with photos on site

· Monitor the installers attendance and overtime

Job qualifications:

· College graduate, engineering/architecture

· 2-3 years’ experience in manufacturing field

· Knowledgeable in modular cabinets, office partition, basic carpentry, site measurement

· Good interpersonal skills and willing to learn

· Must be familiar to Metro Manila, with own service

· Willing to work in Sauyo Novaliches QC, near Mindanao Ave
