Job Description
- Communicate with the sales team to understand consumer demands and offer sales support where necessary.
- Support customer inquiries by fielding calls while being a source of information and problem solving to client satisfaction.
- Develop design alternatives when necessary and clearly communicate the reasons for the design alternatives.
- Prioritize and multitask during high volume periods and maintain customer parameters.
- Continuously communicate with the team to resolve customer needs and proactively manage workload.
- Propose final buy and competitive pricing to customers.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Board Passer. Preferably a graduate of Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- With good technical understanding of engineering technical drawings and metal fabrication.
- Experience in Sales/Marketing in the steel industry a big advantage.
- Fresh Graduate with excellent credentials is encouraged to apply.
- Able to speak Bisaya
