Job Description
· Improves existing products to optimize cost, improve quality or improve shelf life.
· Develop a cost and process efficient manufacturing process of new or improved product by working closely with Product Development Specialist in creating the most appropriate processing design.
· Ensures that all new and existing products validated against food safety standards.
· Continuous process improvement of existing products to improve current efficiency or yield.
· Validate shelf life of products with new or improved manufacturing process.
· Validate that set standard are consistently met from Batch Run to Commercial Production
· Adhere to Food Safety and Quality Management System and Laboratory Management System policies and procedures.
Job Qualifications:
· Preferable Graduate of BS Food Technology
· With experience in Research and Development
· With knowledge in product development, product improvement and shelf-life study.
· Willing to work in Metro Manila or nearby Marikina areas.
