Job Description

Position: Production Manager
Location: Valenzuela
Salary: ₱40,000 – ₱45,000/month
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite, Direct Hire, Urgent

Age Requirement: 25 – 40 years old

Interview Requirement: Must be a Manila resident and available for an onsite interview (No provincial candidates)

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering (PRC License Holder)
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the electrical manufacturing field
Technical Skills: Strong background in product management, research, and analysis
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, technical, and analytical skills
Availability: Must be ready to start ASAP

Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research to analyze customer needs and competitor landscape
Develop product strategies to fill market gaps
Product Vision & Roadmap: Define product development vision and roadmap outlining features, timelines, and priorities
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and sales teams to gather and prioritize product requirements
Product Development Oversight: Lead cross-functional teams through design, engineering, testing, and manufacturing. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Technical Expertise: Apply electrical engineering principles, industry standards, and emerging technologies to guide product development
Quality Assurance: Monitor product quality throughout the development cycle
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations
Launch & Commercialization: Develop marketing materials and sales strategies for product launches
