Job Description:
A Q.C. Analyst ensures products meet quality, safety, and performance standards. This role involves testing, inspection, and data analysis to monitor production processes in industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and food production.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine tests and inspections on raw materials and finished products.
Analyze data to detect deviations from standards.
Maintain accurate records of testing results and compliance.
Monitor production processes and suggest improvements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GMP, ISO).
Troubleshoot quality issues and assist in audits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
Experience with laboratory testing equipment and analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, TLC, GC).
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Previous Q.C. experience preferred.
