Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support:

- Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations for clients.
- Process and follow up on sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Coordinate with the Operations team to assess client requirements and project updates.
Client Payment Monitoring and update, Client Accreditations
Monitors Sales team Sales forecast and Pipelines

Administrative Support:

- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and handle procurement as needed.
- File and organize documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the preparation of documentation for client meetings and project proposals.

General Duties:

- Assist with general office tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and faxing.
- Help in the preparation of marketing materials and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the department.

Other Duties:

- Monitors Collection and Progress Billings of ongoing projects
- Handling and Monitoring of Project emergency fun
Salary:
₱23,000.00 Monthly
