Job Description

Job Summary
The primary responsibilities of the company nurse include providing immediate medical attention for work-related injuries or illnesses, conducting regular health assessments, and implementing health and safety programs to prevent workplace hazards. Additionally, they maintain accurate health records for employees and communicate effectively with management regarding healthcare and safety issues. By fulfilling these duties, the company nurse helps ensure a safe and healthy work environment, contributing to overall employee well-being and organizational productivity.

Responsibilities:

1. Employee Health Care:
• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care for employees.
• Assess, diagnose, and treat minor injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor employee health conditions.

2. Workplace Safety & Health Programs:
• Conduct regular health assessments and medical check-ups.
• Assist in workplace safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
• Educate employees on health and wellness programs.

3. Medical Records & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate medical records and health reports.
• Document workplace accidents, injuries, and illnesses.
• Process medical reimbursement requests.

4. Health Promotion & Wellness Programs:
• Organize health awareness campaigns ( flu vaccination, mental health support, diabetes
awareness, office-related illnesses awareness).
• Promote good hygiene, proper ergonomics, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate with external medical professionals for health screenings.

5. Emergency Response & Crisis Management:
• Be the first responder in workplace medical emergencies.
• Coordinate with hospitals and emergency services when needed.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans.

6. Coordination with Management & HR:
• Advise HR on employee health issues.
• Assist in formulating health policies and workplace health programs.
• Work with HR to ensure compliance with labor laws related to employee health.

Qualifications
*Registered Nurse
*With Basic Life Support Certification
*With Occupational Health Nurse Training
*Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations
*Accessibility to deployment location and work both in Makati and Alabang

Salary:
₱30,000.00 Monthly
