Job Description

A Company Nurse is responsible for promoting and maintaining employee health and well-being within the workplace. Their key duties include:
- Providing first aid and medical assistance for work-related injuries or illnesses.
- Conducting health assessments and monitoring employee well-being.
- Administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Maintaining medical records and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards.
- Implementing health and wellness programs, including vaccinations and health education.
- Coordinating with HR for health and safety compliance and workplace accident investigations.
- Assisting in workplace hazard identification and recommending safety improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or any related field (RN preferred but not required)
