Job Description
This is for direct hiring and for a role.
Requirements:
● With Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
● Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the Philippines
● Preferably with prescribed DOLE 40 HRS Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) and First Aid Training
● With at two (2) year experience in an occupational health or corporate nursing role
● Excellent organizational and time management abilities
● Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
● Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations
Job Summary:
This role involves maintaining accurate employee records, managing the rewards system, and delivering medical care and wellness support to employees.
Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in the accurate and timely processing of payroll.
2. Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations.
3. Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual physical exam, leave entitlement, group personal accident plan, etc.
4. Assist employees with government-mandated benefits concerns.
5. Help enforce safety and compliance policies to ensure a safe work environment.
6. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
7. Manage and update employee information in the HRIS system.
8. Assist with generating reports and analyzing data to support HR decisions.
9. Provide first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
10. Prepare DOLE Annual Medical Report.
11. Conduct inventory, replenishment or replacement of medicines and other medical supplies.
12. Conduct health assessments and manage workplace injuries or illnesses.
13. Promote wellness programs and support overall employee health.
