Job Description
- Certification or diploma in Aesthetics, Cosmetology, or Dermatology-related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Facialist or Aesthetician in a clinic, spa, or dermatology center.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments, facial techniques, and aesthetic procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to assess skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Familiarity with skincare products and their benefits.
- Certification in laser or advanced aesthetic treatments (preferred but not required).
Job Description:
1. Skincare Treatments – Perform facials, exfoliation, extractions, and other skin treatments based on client needs.
2. Client Consultation – Assess skin conditions, recommend treatments, and educate clients on skincare routines.
3. Aesthetic Procedures – Conduct basic non-invasive aesthetic treatments, such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser treatments (if certified).
4. Product Knowledge & Sales – Recommend skincare products and assist in retail sales.
5. Sanitation & Compliance – Maintain a clean workspace, follow hygiene protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
