Job Description
2. Work with Quality inspector in thorough checking of product appearance (packaging, damage, piling,), accurate physical counting, and receiving of stock transfer and returns prior to receiving and releasing base on provided documents.
3. Support warehouse in preparing the stocks for shipping when necessary to ensure integrity of stocks quality and safe packaging.
4. Coordinate to both in house and third-party logistics for manila area/Luzon delivery booking to assist logistics coordinator.
5. Schedule and arrange the queuing of product loading according to delivery destinations, customer requirements availability of vehicles and stocks preparation.
6. Proper wearing of required attire such as uniform, safety shoes, vest and hard hat whenever applicable.
7. Identify and assess any discrepancy and irregularity in delivery to take necessary action in coordination with Logistics coordinator through clear incident reporting.
8. Prepare discrepancy report to logistics coordinator for any variances found during item preparation, upon receipt of reports during delivery and or after delivery.
9. Complete records of delivery monitoring log sheet.
10. Assist in packing and labeling before Transferring received items from warehouse to the staging area prior to delivery dispatch.
11. Maintain orderliness and acceptable physical conditions of stocks inside staging area.
12. Transmit and endorse complete documentations to dispatch after delivery (SI/DR copies, cash/check payments)
13. Continuously checking of condition of all vehicles and collecting daily drivers’ assessment and concerns.
14. Ensuring all transaction is recorded and has file copy for safety and tracking purposes by updating order to deliver monitoring log sheet.
15. Send daily delivery schedule to concern department/person monitoring accomplishment and status
16. Advise sales on customer orders schedules and request delivery allowances to accounting.
17. Perform other related tasks and duties as required to ease the department's workload.
18. Performs cross-functional duties that may be assigned from immediate superior in the attainment of the department/section objectives.
19. Performs 5S of good housekeeping practices in the workplace.
20. Adheres to company rules and regulations, QEHS Policy and standard operating procedures.
