Virtual Assistant for Painting Takeoff Estimator (CEBU)

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our Painting Takeoff Estimator based in Mandaue City, Cebu. This full-time role is crucial in providing administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of our painting estimation services. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in contributing to the success of our growing business.

What you'll be doing:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Painting Takeoff Estimator, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
Preparing and formatting detailed estimates, proposals, and other client-facing documents
Conducting research, gathering data, and compiling information to assist the Estimator in their work
Maintaining and updating project management systems and databases
Handling various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
Providing excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

What we're looking for:
Should have a minimum of 1-year knowledge and experience working for a paint company
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Interior Design, or similar field
• Experience in using Plan Swift
• Background in reading blueprints
• Experience in handling US clients is a plus
• Knowledge of detailed paint take-off (various artistic paint and wallpaper)
