Virtual Assistant for HVAC Designer (CEBU)

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Virtual Assistant to support our HVAC Designer based in Cebu, Central Visayas. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely.

What you'll be doing:
Providing administrative and clerical support to the HVAC Designer, including scheduling appointments, managing email communications, and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
Assisting with the preparation of design proposals, reports, and presentations
Coordinating with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure project timelines are met
Performing data entry, document formatting, and other general office tasks as needed
Researching and compiling information to support the HVAC Designer's work
Helping to organise and maintain the HVAC Designer's workspace and digital files

What we're looking for:
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the HVAC field/industry
• Computer literate
• Average communication skills
• Knowledge in HVAC technicalities and experience in estimations, order taking, and repairs
• Background in reading blueprints
• With experience in handling US clients
• Knowledgeable with New York City building codes
