Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead the strategic planning and execution of SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) implementations for automotive clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry-specific needs.
Guide a team of SAP consultants and technical experts to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure the success of large-scale projects.
Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
SAP FICO Implementation & Optimization:
Oversee the configuration, implementation, and optimization of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, ensuring they are tailored to the automotive industry.
Manage the end-to-end process of SAP FICO system implementation, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
Ensure efficient integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP PP) to streamline business processes.
Client Engagement & Advisory:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on SAP FICO best practices and addressing industry-specific challenges in automotive finance and controlling.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on SAP FICO capabilities and maximize system utilization.
Provide continuous support to clients post-implementation, helping to troubleshoot issues and optimize system performance.
Process Improvement & Automation:
Identify opportunities for process automation, cost savings, and process improvements within the SAP FICO environment to enhance operational efficiency.
Recommend and implement best practices for financial reporting, cost management, and profitability analysis specific to the automotive industry.
Stay current with the latest SAP FICO updates, trends, and technologies, ensuring the system is always optimized and aligned with best practices.
Project Management & Delivery:
Lead cross-functional teams in delivering SAP FICO projects on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction.
Monitor project progress, provide status reports, and ensure that risks and issues are proactively managed.
Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) for smooth project execution.
Team Development & Mentorship:
Mentor and guide a team of consultants, fostering their professional development and knowledge in SAP FICO.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team, encouraging innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
Lead recruitment efforts to expand and build a strong, capable team of SAP consultants.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO) consulting, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong expertise in SAP FICO implementation, configuration, and support, with specific experience in the automotive industry.
Deep understanding of automotive industry processes, financial operations, and challenges in cost accounting, profitability analysis, and financial reporting.
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale SAP FICO projects from inception to completion.
Strong project management skills with knowledge of methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
Excellent communication and client management skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of an organization.
Ability to drive results, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
