Job Description
Our Automotive Practice focuses on delivering Digital Transformations, Sales & Operations Planning, SAP Transformation, Spare Parts & Warranty Management, Service Process Excellence, Connected Vehicles, Dealer Performance Management, Process Automation & Digitization, Software Enablement, Value Architecture, Spend Analysis, Peer Benchmarking, IoT Integration, and Industry Analytics.
As part of the team, you’ll contribute to:
Supporting platform-driven business design and assessment, including value assessments, business case creation, and business process re-engineering.
Providing end-to-end solutions across the SAP S4 HANA ERP landscape, bringing strategic insights and technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
Leading as an SAP Functional Solution Architect, delivering comprehensive RFP responses and strategic solutions.
Engaging with clients to define requirements, scope projects, design solutions, and develop actionable roadmaps.
Creating innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings to meet diverse client needs.
Collaborating with business development teams to shape proposals, delivery plans, and SAP transformation approaches.
Managing integration projects across different ERP solutions, and developing Proof of Concepts (PoCs) as required.

What We’re Looking For
Manager / Consultant-level experience in areas such as Automotive Production Planning, Quality Management, Procurement, Finance, or Sales.
Must Have:
SAP Automotive Production & Planning Expertise, including:
Production Planning (Detailed Scheduling)
Quality Management (QM)
Proficiency in Variant Configuration, Block Planning, Model Mix Planning, Repetitive Manufacturing, Campaign Planning, and Sequencing Heuristics.
Hands-on experience in 4-5 large-scale ERP transformations and delivery programs for global automotive clients.
Experience as an end-to-end Solution / Functional Architect, contributing to multiple RFP responses.
Proven client-facing experience across multiple key projects, showcasing leadership and strategic engagement.
An MBA from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 business school is an added advantage.
