Job Description
Shift Schedule: Night (US)
Educational Requirement: Completed at least 2 years in college w/ no back subjects
Work Experience:
> At least 2 years of experience Training voice agents in BPO, preferably Healthcare Customer Support.
> Excellent communication skills - good grammar foundations, exposure to American business culture
> Has facilitation skills
> Has average MS Excel and Powerpoint skills
> Preferably can start immediately
