Job Description
Shift Schedule: Night/Shifting
Educational Requirement: Completed at least 2 years in college w/ no back subjects
Work Experience:
> At least 2 years of Team Lead BPO experience in LOB focused on Customer Service (voice), preferably Healthcare Customer Support (health insurance, US healthcare benefits, or health claims processing) background.
> With people management and good communication skills
> Can start ASAP
