Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related course
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design experience for digital products
Must have a portfolio demonstrating at least 1+ year of experience in UX design demonstrating expertise
Worked on a cross-functional team involving product owners, stakeholders, and developers
Good experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams and workflows
Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices
Ability to document root cause of User experience and usability issues instead of symptoms and propose clear solution
Excellent organization skills and good attention to details
Good to haves: Figma and Adobe XD experience

Job Description:
Design and develop user-centered interfaces for digital products and services
Create wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and workflows to visualize and validate design concepts
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to align design with business objectives
Conduct UX research to identify user pain points and propose solutions that enhance usability
Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines
Present design concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical team members, demonstrating leadership and strong communication skills
Stay updated on modern interface trends, design libraries, and best practices to improve UI/UX standards
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing
