Job Description
Design and develop user-centered interfaces for digital products and services.
Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and developers to align design with business objectives.
Create wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams, and workflows to visualize and validate design concepts.
Conduct UX research to identify user pain points and propose solutions that enhance usability.
Analyze and document the root causes of UX and usability issues, providing clear solutions rather than just identifying symptoms.
Manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
Stay updated on modern interface trends, design libraries, and best practices to improve UI/UX standards.
Present design concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical team members, demonstrating leadership and strong communication skills.
Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, data analysis, and usability testing.
Qualifications:
Experience as a UI/UX Designer in an Agile environment, working with product owners, stakeholders, and developers.
A bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
Possesses a portfolio demonstrating at least 1+ yrs of experience in UX design demonstrating expertise.
Strong knowledge of modern interfaces, libraries, and best practices.
Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, data flow diagrams and workflows.
Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional stakeholders to drive outcomes within often tight deadlines or quick turnaround times.
Ability to document root cause of User experience and usability issues instead of symptoms and propose clear solution.
Should be able to draw conclusions and effectively communicates findings with both technical and non-technical team members, providing active leadership skills across project team and business community.
A passion for solving problems and supplying workable solutions.
Excellent organization skills, self-managing, and pragmatic.
Expert written and verbal communications skills.
