Job Description
- A Master's degree or specialized certification in tower construction or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, with at lease 3 years specifically in tower erection or related construction sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or installation projects. preferably in telecom or electrical infrastructure.
- Strong project management skills, including budgeting scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- knowledge of tower erection processes, materials, and equipment.
- Proficient in project management software (e,g,, MS Project, Primavera or equivalent).
- Strong problem - solving and decision - making skills.
- In-depth understanding of safety regulations and best practices in constructions.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
- Occupational Health and Safety certifications (e,g,, OSHA, NEBOSH).
- Tower climbing and rescue certifications, if applicable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution - oriented mindset.
