Job Description

Position: HR Training & Organization Development Officer
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Work Location: Pasay
Salary Range: ₱25,000 – ₱35,000
Employment Type: Full-time

Qualifications:
Relevant work experience in the same capacity (Training & Organization Development).
Strong background in course development, training facilitation, and curriculum maintenance.
Experience in employee engagement programs and company events.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.

Job Summary:
The Training Officer is responsible for providing effective training courses, ensuring proper curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. This role also oversees employee engagement programs and supports organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Conduct onboarding programs for new hires.
Prepare and implement the training calendar and budget.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify competency gaps.
Design and develop training programs for leadership, technical skills, and career growth.
Develop training materials, including slides, facilitator guides, e-learning videos, job aids, and handouts.
Revise existing training programs based on updated requirements.
Facilitation & Coordination:
Act as Resource Speaker/Facilitator for designated training sessions.
Collaborate with third-party training providers for external learning programs.
Coordinate with external speakers for client seminars and training sessions.
Employee Engagement & Organizational Development:
Oversee employee engagement programs and company events.
Support the development of competency-building modules in collaboration with different departments.
Translate organizational requirements into training programs to support employee career growth.

Other Responsibilities:
Maintain training records and analyze training effectiveness.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Training Manager.
Salary:
₱25,000.00 Monthly
